Desired Skills and Experience
This role requires:
Someone who has excellent verbal communication skills, clarity of speech, and professional written manner for both in house and customer correspondence.
Confidence with phone systems - headsets, using hold, and transferring calls etc.
Proficient Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook
The ability to communicate details via email or other platform while actively listening and engaging with a customer.
A person who excels in time management and can distinguish priority tasks.
About you:
We prefer a person with at least one years' experience in reception
We are looking for a warm and empathetic person, who wants the best for their customers
We would like a calm person who is confident with handling intense discussions
We need someone who can work both individually and within a team environment
We would like someone who finds satisfaction in an active work environment and will proactively seek tasks during slower periods
